The pressure transmitter adopts internationally advanced diffusion silicon pressure sensors, combined with high-precision electronic measuring components, and is assembled through strict process. Pressure transmitters come in various models, process connection forms, and materials. ★ Working principle
The pressure sensor adopts the piezoresistive principle and is manufactured through silicon micro machining technology. The pressure sensitive chip is imported with original packaging and is encapsulated in a 316L stainless steel shell, filled with silicone oil. The medium pressure is applied to the stainless steel isolation diaphragm and transmitted to the sensitive chip through silicone oil, thereby outputting a voltage signal that changes linearly proportional to the pressure. After conversion by an amplification circuit, a two-wire 4-20mA output is achieved.

Installation instructions:
Choose a location that is easy to operate and maintain for installation.
● It should be installed as far away from vibration sources as possible.
It should be installed as far away from heat sources as possible.
During installation, the on-site interface should be checked for consistency with the product interface based on the product connection method and thread type. The connection should be tightened slowly, and torque should not be directly applied to the transmitter housing, but only to the six sides of the pressure interface.
The measuring medium should be compatible with the structural material of the transmitter.
The measuring medium should not block the inlet hole of the transmitter.
When installing an input type liquid level gauge, it should be slowly inserted or removed. It is strictly prohibited to forcefully pull the cable or directly squeeze the transmitter diaphragm with hard objects to avoid damaging the transmitter.
The installation direction of the input type liquid level gauge is vertically downward. When used in dynamic water, attention should be paid to making the water flow direction on the pressure sensing surface of the transmitter parallel. The measuring medium should not block the pressure hole of the transmitter.
